To honor this dedication, each table is accompanied by a two-year bespoke guarantee against structural manufacturing defects.
To preserve the soul and integrity of your piece, please note that this exquisite protection does not extend to:
Improper Maintenance: The use of abrasive agents or unapproved chemical cleaners that may compromise the hand-applied finish.
Environmental Exposure: Alterations caused by prolonged exposure to direct ultraviolet light, extreme thermal shifts, or significant fluctuations in humidity.
Character & Evolution: Variations arising from standard daily use, accidental impact, or the natural “patina” that develops as the wood and stone age gracefully within your home.
2. Terms of Responsibility & Care
While we take immense pride in the structural integrity of our work, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the piece itself. Please be advised of the following provisions:
Incidental & Consequential Damages: We are not responsible for any indirect or secondary damage to personal property, flooring, or surrounding decor resulting from the use or placement of our furniture.
Third-Party Alterations: Any modifications, refinishing, or structural adjustments performed by unauthorized craftsmen will void the Signature Protection Plan in its entirety.
Site Suitability: The client is responsible for ensuring the furniture is placed on a level, stable surface. We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from uneven flooring or improper installation once the piece has been delivered and accepted.
Natural Variations: Our tables are crafted from authentic, organic materials. Subtle variations in grain pattern, mineral deposits, and stone veining are not defects, but the unique “fingerprints” of nature for which we bear no liability.
