We want to ensure your new coffee table arrives in perfect condition. To maintain the highest standards of safety, all our tables are professionally secured on Standard Euro pallets (120 x 80 cm) and shipped via our logistics partner, Eurosender.
1. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We proudly ship from our workshop in Slovenia to addresses worldwide.
EU Shipping: Flat-rate pallet shipping is available for most EU countries.
International (Non-EU): Rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and current freight indices.
Customs & Duties: For shipments outside the European Union, please note that the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
2. Handling & Lead Times
Each table is inspected and palletized with care.
Processing Time: [Insert Number, e.g., 3–5] business days.
Transit Time: * Europe: 3–7 business days.
Rest of the World: 10–21 business days, depending on customs processing.
3. Pallet Delivery (Curbside)
Because your item is shipped on a Euro pallet, delivery follows “Curbside” protocols:
Access: The delivery address must be accessible by a large truck.
Unloading: The driver will unload the pallet onto the curb or driveway using a tail-lift. They are generally not permitted to carry the item into your home or up stairs.
Pallet Disposal: The Euro pallet is part of the protective packaging and remains with the customer.
4. Tracking & Communication
Once Eurosender confirms the pickup, you will receive a tracking number via email. We recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout, as the local courier will usually call you to coordinate the delivery window.
5. Inspection & Damage Policy
Your table is insured during transit, but validating a claim requires your cooperation at the moment of delivery:
Inspect the Pallet: Before signing, check for any visible damage to the packaging or the table.
Note Issues: If the packaging is damaged, you must write “Damaged upon arrival” on the delivery receipt (CMR) before signing.
Report: Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the product so we can initiate a claim through Eurosender.
