1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of bespoke and premium coffee tables from [H91] via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Natural Materials & Artisanal Variations

Our tables are handcrafted from premium natural materials (solid wood, stone, carbon fibers, aluminum).

  • Unique Character: Because we use natural materials, variations in grain, texture, knots, and color are not considered defects, but rather hallmarks of authenticity and unique “high-end” value.

  • Aging: Wood is a living material. Slight movement or “checking” (fine cracks) due to changes in humidity in your local environment is natural and not a manufacturing fault.

3. Orders and Customization

  • Bespoke Orders: Orders for custom-made or “made-to-order” tables cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order (e.g., due to material unavailability or shipping restrictions to specific regions).

4. Pricing and International Taxes

  • Currency: All prices are in [EUR] and include Slovenian VAT where applicable.

  • Import Duties (DDU/DAP): For orders outside the European Union, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of H91.

  • Restrictions: Customers may not reproduce or “copycat” H91 designs for commercial use.

6. Worldwide Shipping & Delivery

  • White-Glove Service: We partner with specialized logistics providers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on customs processing.

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the crate/packaging before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging is damaged, you must note this on the carrier’s documents to protect your insurance claim.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • Standard Products (EU Customers): In accordance with EU law, consumers have 14 days to return standard (non-custom) items. Return shipping costs for heavy furniture are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Bespoke/Custom Items: Under Article 43 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specific specifications or clearly personalized.

8. Warranty (Premium Guarantee)

We provide a 2-year limited warranty covering structural manufacturing defects. This does not cover:

  • Damage from improper cleaning (use of harsh chemicals).

  • Exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, or humidity.

  • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, H91 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Ljubljana.
